Users must provide accurate and complete information upon registration and maintain their account credentials confidentially. The platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user’s failure to protect their login information.

All content, including stock data, analysis tools, and community discussions, is intended for informational purposes only. Users acknowledge that any decisions made based on the content provided on the platform are their own, and the platform is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of such decisions. The platform disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided, and users should verify information independently before making investment decisions.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of the platform, violation of these terms, or any unlawful conduct. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, claims related to the misuse of the platform's financial research tools, violation of intellectual property rights, or any breach of applicable laws and regulations.

The platform and all its services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The platform makes no warranty that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users acknowledge that any reliance on the services or information provided is at their own risk.

The platform prioritizes the security of users’ personal and financial data. However, users understand that no system is completely secure, and the platform cannot guarantee absolute data security. The platform will not be held liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, or other breaches of security that result in the loss or compromise of user data. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

The platform offers refunds within 14 days of the initial subscription, provided no significant use of the platform has occurred during that time. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. Institutional clients may negotiate custom subscription plans, and all terms will be outlined in a service agreement.

Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from the platform. Any financial research or analysis created by users using the platform’s tools remains the intellectual property of the platform, though users may retain personal notes or insights derived from the platform for their own use.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user that violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, or poses a security risk to the platform. Upon termination, users must cease using the platform immediately, and any pending subscription payments will be forfeited. The platform may terminate services at its discretion for any reason, and will provide notice of such termination where possible.

The platform reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree to the updated terms must discontinue their use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the platform is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
